Well Supplied Food Deals is a free deal feed for food storage and pantry staples: freeze-dried meals, canned and dry goods, cooking basics, and storage containers. The goal is a deeper pantry for less money, bought when prices dip instead of when you are in a hurry.
It is run by Greg Baker in the St. Louis area (West County) as a project of West County Tech (DBA West County Technology Solutions). The goal is simple: post real price drops, explain why they matter, and skip the junk.
How deals get picked
I check prices against recent history and do the per-unit math so a big pack is actually a better buy. Subscribe & Save deals note that you can cancel after the first order ships. Always confirm the size, count, and best-by information on the retailer page.
